An all flowers honey, the product of a balanced union of numerous varieties growing in the luxuriant Malagasy forests in the eastern regions of Manakara. According to seasons, bees can foster the foraging of a specific flower or, with regard to the Tropical Forest honey, diversify the palette of nectars and pollens. It results in a honey with a unique floral composition due to the outstanding biodiversity of the Malagasy flora which is endemic to 80%.
