A multi-flower honey, fruit of the harmonious marriage of multiple varieties growing in the luxuriant Malagasy forests of the eastern zone of Manakara. Depending on the season, the bees can encourage the foraging of a specific flower or, in the case of the 170 g Tropical Forest Honey, diversify the palette of nectars and pollens. This produces honey with a unique floral composition due to the exceptional biodiversity of Malagasy flora, which is 80% endemic.
The 170g Rainforest Honey is smooth and slightly spicy.
